Seydelmann mixers are covering a wide range from smallest 600 liter ones to 4700 liters. Vacuum mixers (600 – 4700 liters) and mixer-grinders (600 – 2500 liters) complete the spectrum required to design any task in the food processing industry.
Butchery small scale grinders start at 114 mm hole plate diameter and end at 130 mm. Industrial grinders start at 160 mm and end at 400 mm with specialization to mince fresh or frozen meat, cheese or have a more universal design.
